NOTE: The magnets are strong and depending on your pain threshold they may cause discomfort at first, in order to get around this wear them as frequently as possible for short periods of time (e.g. 10 minutes when you wake up and before bed) and eventually they will become easier and easier to wear with less pain from the pressure being caused. They need to be this powerful in order to activate these pressure points successfully.
